Arroz con Leche (Rice Custard)

Ingredients description
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can condensed sweetened milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 3 cups water
Preparation
Cook rice in salted water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork, simmer for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
Variations:
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Top with marmalade
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
